Velata Warmers food heaters are designed to work with the accompanied food heaters silicone dish. The type of ceramic material, the number of vent holes, and the position of the light bulb or heating element relative to the dish are all factors that can change the temperature food heaters of foods placed in the dish. Use Velata Warmers for food, and Scentsy Warmers for wax; the dishes are not interchangeable.
This food heaters is a non-harmful residue and a common occurrence with silicone dishware. It is often caused by hard water or the combination of hard water and dishwashing detergent just like spots left on clear drinking glasses. We suggest hand washing and drying your Velata dish, or washing it with a 2:1 solution of distilled white vinegar to water. If using a dishwasher, try adding a detergent specifically designed to combat hard water stains.
Fun Size Fondue Warmers will warm a pouch of Velata Chocolate or a tub of Velata Cheese Dip. Party Size Warmers are designed to warm up to three pouches of Velata Chocolate or two tubs of Velata Cheese Dip.
Fun Size Warmers use a 25 watt light bulb for warming Velata Chocolate or Cheese Dip. Party Size Warmers use a heating element to warm a metal plate which works with the silicone dish to warm Velata food heaters Chocolate or Cheese Dip.
The heating element in the Party Size Warmer is designed to last for the life of the warmer; replacement heating elements are not available. If you have any problem with the heating element, work with your Velata Consultant for a replacement.
