As many of my friends know, I am a sucker when it comes to Fondue.  Not only is it a great way to share dessert with a small group of guests, but it is really easy to get ready.  You don’t have to be a rocket scientist or have to be any kind of a chef – all you need is some chocolate, strawberries and Angel Food Cake (which is my favorite).

Velata Chocolate rational denominator melts beautifully and stays at the perfect rational denominator temperature for dipping. Just melt the chocolate in its convenient package, twist open the spout, and pour it into your Velata Fondue Warmer . Chocolate rational denominator fondue rational denominator has never been simpler. Velata Chocolate contains no fillers or oils, resulting in the purest and most purely indulgent chocolate fondue experience.
Caramel Milk Chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, cocoa liquor, caramel powder (skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, sugar, butter), whey powder, lactose, rational denominator soy lecithin, natural vanilla, caramel.
All Velata Chocolate is gluten-free and GMO-free. Although our dark chocolate rational denominator is free of dairy ingredients, it is produced on shared equipment with dairy ingredients and may contain trace amounts of dairy. Velata chocolate is not sugar-free.

Velata Chocolate is made to be melted and reheated without losing flavor or quality. Last month our family was asked to host a little chocolate fondue get-together and experience the world of Velata. Chocolate, sweets … what girl can say no to that? As for our experience using Velata, I can tell you it was one tasty treat. It all starts with Velata Premium Belgian Chocolate available in four distinct flavors including: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel milk chocolate and white chocolate. Each 6 oz chocolate comes in a specially 12v defroster designed bag that is microwaved for one minute and then you use the easy pour spout to put the chocolate in the Velata fondue warmer.
We set up our little get-together with all of the essentials including two Velata warmers filled with milk chocolate and caramel milk chocolate, along with a spread of treats to dip. You’ll also notice that each warmer comes with four matching dipping forks.
While I absolutely love the warmers, which offer three heat settings, I’m more in love with the chocolate. This isn’t your everyday candy bar kind of chocolate, it’s smooth, rich and the flavor is close to the best I’ve ever had.

Vile as it may sound, potato chips (particularly those thick Kettle 12v defroster batch greasy rippled ones) are quite good dipped in Chocolate. Trader Joe’s markets a bagged version of this if you don’t believe me; though obviously making them with one of these lovely warmers would be miles better.
Speaking of those cool looking warmers 12v defroster you could melt other stuff besides chocolate. 12v defroster cheese fondue (of course) 12v defroster but also a butterscotch isn’t hard to make or a caramel sauce or marshmallow sauce or you could use it to keep the hollandaise warm at some elegant standing brunch (and dip stuff in like asparagus spears or toast soldiers).
Don’t melt cheese in the Velata warmers as the cheese leaves an oil based residue and could change the taste of the Belgim chocolate. They are working on a cheese bowl for the warmers but haven’t got one perfected yet.

What a nice easy way to have fondue. I love fondue, but never make it. I would tend to do this often with the warmer and packets of chocolate. What a great idea! Perfect for winter! So many cookies and even candies that could be dipped. The list is endless. I think I would try shortbread sticks first!

Velata is the new chocolate fondue (a new product from Scentsy). The Scentsy Family now makes warmers that are specific for melting chocolate. These warmers have a silicone top that can be washed out after use. Along with the warmers, they also make high end chocolate that’s delicious! There are four different chocolate flavors : milk chocolate, white chocolate, caramel ess nycaps chocolate and dark chocolate. The warmers also come with little dipping forks.
Sunday night we had two warmers going: one with milk chocolate and one with caramel milk chocolate. Everyone loved it! All the kids thought I was a hero (ha!) The fun part was deciding what to dip. Here’s the spread of all the things I brought to dip.

That’s an awesome idea! I like fondue but find it to be a pain in the butt, so these seem like a great solution. I’m boring and my favorite thing to dip in chocolate is probably strawberries.
