I can only tell you how I frozen potato chips or potato wedges for small children and our gardener cooking - our two "old people" eat because of our weight and health kerafol does not actually deep fried foods, but for them it is very nice! Place potato wedges [dispute or unpeeled] kerafol or the frozen chips in a fairly rough pot that has a lid. Cooling oil, drain and place in the fridge to use. It works 100% and you can never get as crisp as with this method, I guarantee!
